The ROG Ally GPU is a high-end gaming console graphics solution by AMD, launched in 2023. Built on the 4 nm process, and based on the Phoenix graphics processor, the device supports DirectX 12 Ultimate.

Unlike the fully unlocked ROG Ally Extreme GPU, which uses the same GPU but has all 768 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the ROG Ally GPU to reach the product's target shader count.
It features 256 shading units, 16 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. The card also has 4 raytracing acceleration cores.
AMD includes 16 GB LPDDR5 memory, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1500 MHz, which can be boosted up to 2500 MHz, memory is running at 1600 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 30 W maximum. ROG Ally GPU is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface. The console's dimensions are 280 mm x 111 mm x 21 mm, and it features a igp cooling solution.
